calculus - Limits with trigonometric functions without using L'Hospital Rule.

I want to find the limits limxπ/2cosxxπ/2

and
limxπ/4cotx1xπ/4

and
limh0sin2(π/4+h)12h

without L'Hospital's Rule.

I know the fundamental limits limx0sinxx=1,limx0cosx1x=0

Progress

Using cosx=sin(π2x) I got 1 for the first limit.
